Refund Policy
Returns
Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if in the unlikely event you received your order damaged or if you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged or you have received the wrong product you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging )
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you must contact us at contactus@juwelinaparis.com within 2 days of receipt of goods. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that you carry all the shipping costs of the return. If you choose to return the goods we strongly recommend using a shipping service with a tracking option as you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.
When your return package has reached us in good order, the refund will be made within 30 days with the same payment method you originally used.

Damages and issues
In the unlikely event, that the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Barring what is mentioned above, all other items are non-returnable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
