    We use DHL express for quick and easy delivery. A standard fee is charged depending on your location.  
  2. 2.  Delivery straight to my door?

    Yes we know you're a busy bee. All orders are delivered straight to your door by our delivery partner DHL Express.
  3. 3.  What is 925 Sterling Silver?

    All our pieces are made in 925 Sterling Silver. 925 Sterling Silver is an alloy made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper. We plate our silver jewelry in rhodium, which gives it extra shine and durability. Rhodium is one of the costliest precious metals due to its rarity. All of our sterling silver pieces are stamped with “925”.
  4. 4.  How long will it take for my order to get delivered?

    All orders are shipped via DHL Express and deliver in approximately 3-5 working days.
  5. 5.  No duties?

    You DO NOT PAY any duties when you get your delivery.
  6. 6.  How To Care for my Jewelry?

    Your Juwelina Paris creation requires a little care and attention to keep it looking its best. As with all fine things in life, you should take care to protect your jewelry and always store it in the custom luxury jewelry box provided to you complimentary with your order. Always remove your jewelry when applying scent & lotions or even better, always put your jewelry on last when getting dressed. Your silver jewelry can be polished back to its sparkling luster with the soft cloth, complimentary in every order.
  7. 7.  How do I make a purchase?

    Browse by clicking a category “Earrings” or “Necklaces” in the Shop Online drop down menu pane. Once you have found an item, click on the product to view details. Click ‘Add to Shopping Cart’ button next to the product. All products are sold separately. Review your selection by clicking the ‘Shopping Cart’ icon at the top of the page. You can use the ‘Remove from cart’ link to delete items from your Shopping cart. If you wish to continue browsing, click on ‘Continue Shopping’ button. To complete your order, click on ‘Check Out’ button.
  8. 8.  Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

    No at Juwelina Paris, we like to make the process seamless for our time-strapped customers. You can browse through the collections and checkout without creating an account and select pieces you like. We do encourage you to set up an account so we can customise your shopping experience. Creating an account is an easy process. Simply click on ‘ACCOUNT’ and 'CREATE ONE’ to fill in your details.
  9. 9.  I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

    If you have forgotten your password, follow the ‘FORGOT PASSWORD’ instructions.
  10. 10.  Are the lab-created stones natural?

    We don't use ANY natural or mined stones in our production! We use lab-created stones with innovative cutting technology, to maintain a guilt-free jewelry experience.
  11. 11.  What packaging will my order be shipped in?

    All Juwelina Paris' jewels our securely packaged in custom boxes for earrings and necklaces respectively. These elegant boxes not only look gorgeous but also make the perfect storage for each piece. Each delivery also comes with a custom Juwelina Paris cloth.
  12. 12.  What size should I choose?

    Juwelina provides the approximate dimensions of each necklace & earring. Many of our necklaces are made with specially designed adjustable chains, ideal for varying lengths. Please check individual product descriptions for details.
  13. 13.  How do I know that the jewelry is authentic Juwelina Paris?

    All our authentic 925 sterling silver jewels are stamped with the official Juwelina Paris “JP” trademark.
  14. 14.  Are the colours of products shown on the website accurate?

    We have maintained accurate display of colours of the products, but cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. For complete accuracy, the approximate dimensions of earrings and necklaces have been shared.
  15. 15.  How do I know if an item is in stock?

    All items are in stock unless ‘SOLD OUT’ is displayed when you attempt to purchase it. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If the product you want to buy is out of stock, we have a special pre-order facility where you can place your order with us by sending us an email.
  16. 16.  Pre-order facility?

    Juwelina Paris understands that due to volume of orders, it is possible that a particular piece may be out of stock. However customers can still pre-order the piece by reaching out to us via email.
  17. 17.  How will I know you have received my order and when will the payment be deducted?

    After placing an order, you will be sent an Email & SMS confirmation from Juwelina Paris customer care. Your card will only be debited once you check out.
  18. 18.  Where is my order?

    We usually dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an SMS and Email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number with which you can track the status of your order, with our logistics partner DHL Express.
  19. 19. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched
  20. 20.  Does Juwelina ship to multiple addresses?

    We can only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
  21. 21.  What payment methods does Juwelina Paris accept?

    We accept all major credit cards, Diners Club, Elo Pay, Apple Pay & Google Pay via Shopify Payments.
  22. 22.  Is it safe to use my credit card online at Juwelina?

    Your personal online security is important to us. We use SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a highly secure payment gateway. As a further precaution, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company.

    A cookie is a piece of information that is stored on your computer’s hard drive by your web browser which tracks your movements within websites. We use cookies to keep track of how often you visit our website, the contents of your shopping bag, previous purchases and to deliver content specific to your interests. They are designed to assist your shopping and are therefore nothing to worry about. Most browsers are automatically set up to accept cookies, but usually you can alter the settings of your browser to prevent automatic acceptance. If you choose not to receive cookies, you may still use most of the features of our website, including the ability to purchase items.

    Please rest assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential and at no point will we rent or sell this. To register at Juwelina Paris, we will need to know your name, mailing address and email address. When processing your order online we require your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. If necessary, these details may be shared with a credit reference agency to verify your order. Please note Juwelina Paris may use your contact details to inform you of the latest collections and fabulous offers via email.
